When you think it's inevitable to have stress from the holidays, because it's already started, but you actually still have time to turn the stress machine around with some to-go brain snack tips to lighten the holiday pressure. 

 

This is a 30 minute or less session to give you some fast tips to manage the rest of the year without burning the fuck out. 

 

I'm Jessica Miller, a licensed therapist in California. While this event doesn't mean I'm your therapist or that it's a therapy session, I LOVE providing education to help make people's lives a litter easier.
